Peanut Butter Cookies

Okay so I’m starting to see a trend in this recipe box. Almost everything in the box is some sort of treat. My blood is going to have turned into complete sugar by the time we get through the entire box.

Nevertheless, this week I made Peanut Butter Cookies. I chose this recipe because I love peanut butter. I get that from my dad, who has at least 3 peanut butter sandwiches a day. Protein, right?

I also chose it because the ingredients were simple and easy to get, and there was only 5 of them. Price and availability is a big deal for a college student like I.


1 14 oz can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

3/4 cup peanut butter

2 cups biscuit baking mix

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Granulated Sugar


Preheat oven to 375°

In a large bowl, beat Condensed Milk and peanut butter until smooth

Add biscuit mix and vanilla-mix well

Shape into 1″ balls and roll into sugar

Place 2″ apart on an ungreased baking sheet

Flatten with fork

Bake 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned

I also made a small batch for my new pup, because he loves peanut butter almost as much as I do. Cook them the same way just don’t add the sugar!
